My diverse qualifications include a Lower Back Management Diploma and a Diabetes 2 Management Diploma, which enable me to tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each client. As a Spin Instructor, Kettlebell Sport Coach, and Bootcamp Coach, I offer dynamic and engaging training sessions that challenge and motivate.
I specialize in Strength and Conditioning and Boxing Conditioning, offering robust programs that enhance athletic performance and overall fitness. As a Primal Flow Coach, I incorporate natural movement patterns to improve flexibility, balance, and strength.
